Buchanan Gardens is currently accepting wait list applications for 13 newly renovated, income restricted, accessible apartments that will be available during the next 14 months. The renovations will result in the apartments having new kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, HVAC systems, etc. In addition, the property will have an accessible community room and play ground.

Security Deposit: $250 for a one bedroom, $350 for a 2 bedroom and $450 for a 3 bedroom, up to one month’s rent, depending on credit.

Application Fee: $50 for every leaseholder over 18 years of age, $35 for each occupant over 18.

Pets: Cats are permitted. $400 pet fee (non-refundable) and $30 a month fee per pet. Maximum of 2 cats per apartment.
