Accessible Train for Deaf/HoH

When you see the ears symbols outside on the train car, it provides announcement captions. You will know which the exit is and it is readable since deaf and hard of hearing people cannot hear the announcements.

We started seeing improvements in the metropolitan area, yet our job is not finished.

We can have same thing here, but we cannot sit and do nothing about it. We need to fight to get equal accessibility.
